It is the start of daylight saving time again, but the question is are you well prepared for it? How can our body clock easily adjust to the time adjustments and changes for this said event? Most of us already built a structure on how our day will be starting from the moment that we wake up to the time that we go to sleep. So just imagine the adjustments that we all need to go through during this process. What are the things that you need to know about daylight saving that can help you to have a smooth transition as you undergo this process and to lessen the negative impacts on your health.
For this week’s episode, I will be sharing tips and ways on how you can easily adjust to daylight saving this year with the help of Dr. Ariel Neikrug. He is an assistant clinical professor from the School of Medicine, UC Irvine. Dr.Neikrug will also discuss the do’s and don’ts on the day and before the change of time happens.
