Studies show that making love can help improve sleep quality, that is because the body releases endorphins during sex that help in reducing anxiety and stress levels. But what if you don’t have a good sexual relationship with your partner? Is there a way to resolve this problem?
In this week’s episode, I had a very interesting discussion with Dr. Nazanin Moali about how sex can make a relationship stronger and help in promoting a good night’s sleep. Dr. Moali is a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified sex therapist. She also runs her own podcast Sexology that focuses on sexual wellness.
