For this week’s episode, I am so delighted to have on the show Dr. Mubasher Fazal also known as “Dr.Mobi”. He is a board-certified sleep doctor who practices in Northern Virginia for the last twenty years. Dr. Mobi also hosts his well-known show “Lifestyle with Dr. Mobi” and he is also an author and just recently released his book entitled "Keep it simple Diet, Sleep, Exercise". In this interview, he will share why the 3 pillars of health should always be balanced.
