OVERVIEW
Most people are too inclined in taking medication to address their sleep disorders without realizing there’s a natural way to cure their ailment. We are convinced that pills are necessary for us to heal and get better.
In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Fred Moss. He is a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School and a licensed psychiatrist who has served the mental health industry for nearly four decades. In 2006, Dr. Moss began taking a new approach with his patients, working with a chosen few to assist in reclaiming their lives from the clenched fists of psychiatric diagnoses and medication. Lo and behold, they reliably eventually improved, even to the point of their diagnoses actually disappearing. Dr. Moss has since dedicated his efforts to establish his brand, Welcome To Humanity, as a "home base" for his work as a speaker, coach, and advisor as a "non-diagnosing psychiatrist."
Today, we will find out the method that Dr. Moss discovered which he firmly believes is beneficial for us to live a happy and authentic life. He will also enlighten us on why sleep aides are not helping fix sleep disorders.
