OVERVIEW

Are you worried about your children’s sleep schedule?

It is common knowledge that how your child sleep is correlated to their mental well-being and on how they perform academically. If they are not able to sleep well, they end up feeling exhausted and unable to focus the following day. This leads to anxiety, depression, and lower self-esteem.

Today, we are joined by Dr. Brad Wolgast, a sleep expert who specializes on college students’ mental and sleep health. Dr. Wolgast is a licensed psychologist and twice board certified in Behavior Sleep Medicine. He worked at the University of Pennsylvania's Counseling and Psychological Services  as a psychologist for seven years. Then he worked at the University of Delaware Center for Counseling and Student Development for fourteen years as a therapist, Internship Coordinator, Associate Director, and Director.

In this episode, he will be sharing with us the challenges that college students are facing in terms of their sleep health and what they can do about it.
