Christmas is just around the corner and that means food is everywhere. It is the time of the year where everyone is excited to receive gifts and to eat as much as we can from the main course up to desserts. But how can we know if what we are eating is healthy? How can we save ourselves from gaining weight but still enjoy the food that we have on our plate?
