Tanya has been a licensed clinical social worker since 1995, after receiving her master's degree in social work from New York University. She has extensive experience in both outpatient hospital mental health and private practice settings. Her experience with group therapy changed her life so significantly that not only did she meet and marry her husband during that time, She also decided to leave her career as a graphic designer and become a therapist myself, getting a Master’s in Social Work from NYU, and dedicating her life to helping others lead lives that they truly love.
