They say music is a type of therapy. It helps pacify our mood if we are sad and angry. We also listen to music to calm our mind and get to sleep.

Creative arts therapy is a form of therapautic intervention that use active engagement of art to address a person’s individualized goals such as treatment for behavioral, developmental, or mental disorders. This form of therapy use expressive art format which explores self expression. There are different forms of creative arts therapy. But today, we are going to focus on one; music

We have the very first music therapist on the show; Xiyu Zhang. She will help us understand how to effectively use music to sedate our raging emotions and the process she perform to treat patients with different kinds of health conditions.
