Are you one of those people who are tired of working six days a week and wish that weekends are longer? Most of us depend on holidays to get the long vacation that we wanted and spend more of our time with our families. But what if instead of having 2 we have 3 days off from work. Three days of relaxation away from the toxic environment that we have in the office.
Research shows that companies who are implementing 3-day weekends show nothing but growth and improvement. It also gives employees more time to relax which results in a high level of productivity in their work performance. Three-day weekends is not just a nice idea but might also be one of the easiest steps we could take to promote a better and happier work life.
For this week’s episode, I am so honored to have on the show Joe Sanok. He is one of the people who inspired me to pursue podcasting which is why I am very excited to get the chance to interview and learn from him. Joe is also hosting his own podcast called “The Practice of the Practice” and had the opportunity to interview Pat Flynn, John Lee Dumas, and Lewis Howes. Apart from hosting Joe is also an author and will be releasing his latest book this October entitled “Thursday is the New Friday” which aims to help people to create their own schedule, maximize their leisure time, and to work less while making more.
