OVERVIEW

If you are the type of person who can fall asleep really fast the moment that your back touches your bed, you should consider yourself lucky to have that ability. Because there are people who spend half of the time at night figuring out how to do it. Some take sleep medications to survive the night but wake up feeling groggy the following day. There are some who spend time doing meditations and other exercises before bedtime just to feel tired and sleepy.
