OVERVIEW
Most people who have a hard time falling asleep at night usually rely on the most common and convenient solution, and that is taking sleeping pills before bedtime. They often disregard the fact that it can have a negative impact on their health that can lead to more serious medical conditions. It is a fact that sleep medications can give you a helping hand when sleep doesn't visit you at night. But the question is, can these capsules still be able to save you if that simple problem of naturally falling asleep becomes a nightmare that haunts you every single night? As a sleep doctor, my advice is, to stop depending on these medications, avoid choosing the quick fix! There are healthier ways to solve these sleep issues. Have you heard about CBT-I?
